The installation team worked efficiently preparing the floors, installing the new engineered Hickory boards & cleaning up daily. I recently (Jan. 2024) had engineered hardwood floors installed by Aspen and was very happy with the end result (details below). I would definitely recommend Aspen to others! --------- New flooring installed across approx 700 sq. ft. in an older home (from the 1950’s) including removal of existing strip flooring; screwing down of diagonal floor boards and local power planning of high spots; install of new plywood to get the finished floor flush with existing tile; install of new baseboards and shoe mould. I am a very detailed person and wanted a supplier that would both leave me with a good product but could also answer my questions. This included a visit to the house during the quoting phase to answer my questions in situ. I also wanted the work done within two zones so that some large furniture items could be shifted mid-work (by me) and avoid having to move them to the basement. Aspen met both of these criteria and overall I found them responsive, flexible and courteous! The install team kept the work site very clean and organized and were attentive to small requests as the work went along.

Tim was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We were very indicisive and frustrating and Tim had all the time in world for us. We held onto samples for ages and Tim even laid out whole floor comparisions for us to help with our decision. Outstanding service!

I was very pleased with the excellent service Aspen Wood Floors provided, especially by the sales person Preet, she went the extra mile to help me. When Preet was not available I also received excellent service from other staff in the store. I purchased Mercier engineered wood flooring from the Source collection, the Distinction grade with the upgraded Intact 2500 finish and the colour Balance, a medium brown colour. I'm enjoying the new flooring and very happy with my selection. The installation was well done including new 5 inch baseboards, except for one issue with one of the floor planks, but Aspen staff was very good about resolving the issue later on and all is good. I live in a condo and required some concrete compound applied to level the concrete floor before installation, beware of additional costs and delays for this service. I visited several other flooring stores in my search for new flooring and Aspen was the best regarding service, kindness, knowledge, product selection, price, location and showroom conditions. I recommend Aspen Wood Floors for your flooring needs. My flooring was installed November 2023.

I found Aspen Wood Floors searching for suppliers and installers of mirage hardwood floors. From my initial interaction with the Sales Rep(Preet), having estimates done, and subsequent installation, my expectations were set and met. Preet was very engaged throughout the process ensuring I had a good experience. The installers were professional, helpful, and efficient. I am loving my new floors! There was one small issue identified, but Aspen was very responsive in having it resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend Aspen and trusting them with your flooring needs.

Excellent, professional and friendly service.

Responsive sales people, excellent quality (Mercier hardwood), and fantastic installers. The entire experience was good, however the installers (Afghan crew) really did do a perfect job. Installation was less than 3 days for approximately 1,200 square feet (all of 2nd floor excluding 2 bathrooms). We almost never get products delivered or things installed without problems, but this job really was perfect.

From day one when we walked into Aspen floors store the experience was pleasant. Ms Preet was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the difference between the different types of floors. We took our sample home and decided on what it was we wanted. The person came over and inspected our rooms and explained what had to be done, another knowledgeable person, he was so friendly and explained everything that had to be done. After everything was done and ready for the floor to be laid it was so fast. In half a day the work was completed. I like the fact that they don't use contactors, they have their our staff who are very experienced. They were friendly and got the job done in no time at all. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them. Absolutely no complaints. Our floors are beautiful and we are very pleased 💖💖💖. Thank you to all the staff at Aspen ❤️

A crew of 2 men namely Hamib & Seiyar came on time scheduled,ripped out heavy carpet,sanded & levelled the existing sub floor,installed the 6" wooden flooring we had chosen. We chose Aspen Wood Floors to replace the existing hardwood throughout our entire house, the ceramic tile on the main floor entrance / kitchen / bathroom, and update our main stairway. From our initial visit to their showroom Kuman was a pleasure to deal with. Although we had an idea of what we wanted we quickly realized there was so much more to selecting hardwood flooring than we thought. Kuman was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he worked through the various options of hardwood and colours with us. In the end we couldn’t be happier with the choice of hardwood and the colour. From an installation perspective the team was excellent. They arrived each day as scheduled and worked well into the evening to ensure the project stayed on track to be completed on time. We were very pleased with the level of daily communication we received from the installers as it allowed us to plan around their work and remain in our home while the work was being done. The project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations!
