"I have purchased twice from Aspen over the years and they go the extra mile to help. Ordering process was easy, flooring delivered within 3 days, email communication on point. A special call out to David Mahabir - Sales Manager - who took the time to draw me diagrams of the way the pros are installing hardwood to tile (I am doing my own installation.) He should be getting employee of the month in my opinion for the extra thought and follow up. I have one more flooring project in my home and won't think twice about where I buy. Oh ya - they also referred me to another flooring place for custom stair treads. That referral will same me so much time and money. If I could give them more stars I would.
